Jenifer Stick, Certified General Appraiser

Jenifer is a graduate of Northwestern University and pursued graduate studies at Johns Hopkins University. Jenifer started her Real Estate career in Roland Park in 1971 and was hired as a staff appraiser by Baltimore Federal Savings and Loan in 1976. After 8 years as a residential appraiser with Baltimore Federal, Jenifer was hired as Chief Appraiser for Coldwell Banker Mortgage, a subsidiary of Sears. Jenifer later specialized in condominiums, special purpose properties and small commercial property appraisals at the commercial appraisal firm of Lipman, Frizzell and Mitchell. In 1996 Jenifer joined her husband, Angelo Santamaria in The Appraisal Company.

With 40 years of Real Estate Appraising experience in many of Maryland’s counties, Jenifer has provided a full range of appraisal services including: residential and small commercial and land purchase transactions, ERC Relocation, rehabilitation and new construction, contamination, partial interests, tax appeals, estates, trusts, divorce, collaborative law, litigation, expert witness testimony, historic properties, special purpose and unusual properties. Jenifer is qualified as an expert witness in the Baltimore City and Baltimore County Circuit Courts.
